Here is an example of a customized load securement solution we have created for a chemical load traveling by rail.

Tier 55™ panels are used to separate layers of 55 gallon drums and provide a honeycomb cushion "seat" for each drum, reducing barrel movement and preventing shifting in transit. Honeycomb panels are used along with dunnage air bags to create a bulkhead for load stability and prevent end-to-end shifting. Void fillers are used to prevent side-to-side product shifting as well.
