DPC's Tier 55™ product is designed to prevent double-stacked 55-gallon steel drums from tipping over during shipping, and provide up to a 50% cost savings over traditional plywood.
DPC's Tier 55 honeycomb cardboard separator panel is designed to "seat" the upper and lower layers of drums into the honeycomb, reducing vertical and lateral drum movement and preventing shifting in transit.
DPC Tier 55 product is constructed with heavy-duty paper linerboard and small cell honeycomb. The load bearing characteristics of the honeycomb layer provide superior strength and cushioning capabilities. The top and bottom layers provide a significant area for "seating" the double stacked product, creating a secure containment method for safe shipping.
Now shippers have a safer and much easier alternative to bulky and problematic plywood, with a solution that reduces the risk of damage and risk of worker injury.
