Problem:
Aquafina is one of the top-selling bottled water brands in the United States, but non-carbonated beverages can be difficult to protect in transit. There is no carbonation to add self-stabilizing pressure to the bottle, and water bottle design can also create pallet underhang in both lateral and longitudinal directions.

Solution:
Here is an example of a customized load securement solution we have created for Pepsi Bottling Group.

Air bags are placed against the sidewalls of the container and between pallets to secure the product in transit and prevent longitudinal movement. A Dual FillM3 void filler is placed over a single in the nose of a trailer for extra protection and to prevent side-to-side product shifting.
